As probably only a few of you know, the first Saturday in February is Ice Cream for Breakfast Day. So, as we have for the last three years, we celebrated it this morning with, well, ice cream for breakfast.
mmmMMMM... homemade waffles topped with ice cream (Ben and Jerry's Karamel Sutra or something like that) and whipped cream.
